[Bug 527683] Re: 1920x1080 resolution not available for Dell ST2410 display
am having the same issue too, using Ubuntu 9.10, GeForce 6200 A-LE,
monitor is a brand new Dell ST2410, i can manually set the maximum
resolution of 1920x1080, but on a reboot, it reverts back to 1152x864
for some unknown reason, but i can stil manually change the resolution
to the maximum and there are no error messages from my NVIDIA X Server
Settings.
i can add i was on a monitor that could only support a max res of
1152x864 on Ubuntu 9.04 which i upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 today itself, am
attaching my lspci and Xorg.0.log files.
