[Bug 569871] Re: Fglrx does not setup the ATI driver files properly.
I see *quite* a few problems here in your logs. Why do you have nvidia-
current installed? That is taking over some of the diversions, can you
please purge that? Also, can you deactivate fglrx from hardware drivers
after doing that (not apt-get or a package manager), then sudo update-
initramfs -u -k `all` and reboot? After all of that you should be able
to activate fglrx and have it install properly.
