Since the DRI disablement patch didn't help as much as was hoped,
unconditionally disables 3D, and will make it harder to grab a proper
fix from upstream, it has been decided to revert it and instead document
the various different workarounds for the Lucid release notes.

The attached debdiff drops the DRI disablement patch.
