I make a full upgrade of my laptop.
Try the new xserver-xorg-video-intel-2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5 instead of -3ubuntu3 with different kernel :

- kernel 2.6.31-02063111-generic -> boot is clean and works nicely
- kernel 2.6.32-21-generic -> boot with bad graphic and black screen
- kernel 2.6.32-21-386 -> boot with bad graphic and black screen
- kernel 2.6.34-020634rc5 -> boot is clean and works nicely
