The other bug has been fixed and it is released. did you purposefully
boot an older kernel when you reported this bug? The new packages are
not applied to every previous kernel so you have the old ones left
behind for it. If for some reason 2.6.32-18 is the newest kernel that
you have installed please run this in a terminal to fix it

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

I am closing this as fix released because the fix has been released, but
please change the status back it if you are still having this issue with
the 2.6.32-21 (or newer) kernel that is in the final lucid release.
