When I tried Beta 1 on this machine, I was able to install with kms
disabled only.  Didn't think to try rotation.

Beta 2 wouldn't even install either ums or kms.

I haven't tried to install the final release.  I might or might not be
able to try to do that next week (I'm travelling, and don't have that
machine with me); won't be back before the weekend.
