I'm sorry not contacting you earlier. That computer is broken and I bought a new one:

ASROCK MB Socket AM3 ASRock AMD 770+SB710(ATX,FSB
2600 MHz,4xDDR3-1600, Supports ATI
CrossFireX,Gigabit LAN,4xSATAII 3.0
Gb/s,RAID,SMBIOS,4x USB 2.0)

AMD Athlon II X4 620 (2.6GHz, 2MB,95W,AM2+/AM3)

VTX3D ATi Radeon, HD4670, PCIe x16, 1024 MB, DDR3,
128-bit, GPU 750 MHz, Memory 1600 MHz, DVI-I, HDTV, 1x D-sub, HDMI,
2560x1600

I've installed Lucid and I had some problems with ATI driver http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/linux/Pages/radeon_linux.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.36&lang=English
I could start Ubuntu Lucid only with low graphics. Then I did this:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Troubleshooting/FglrxInteferesWithRadeonDriver#Problem:  Need to fully remove -fglrx and reinstall -ati from scratch
and now everything is working fine.

Maximum resolution is 1280x1024, it doesen't work fine, there is no wallpaper or the background color, it just stays black
Rotating the compiz desktop cube with mouse crashes the system
