[Bug 577447] Re: Too low resolution in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS with ati radeon 9200 pro
apport information
** Tags added: apport-collected
** Description changed:
Currently I can only select two resolution from System->Monitors
(800x600, 640x480). I tried to browse forums to find help for issue.
Previously when I use version 9.04 I managed to change resolution when I
edited XORG.conf file. Now I can't find whole file. This conversation is
very near my problem:
http://swiss.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1469234
I tested to do all suggested tricks but none helped. I really need to
increase resolution to normal 1280x1024. Can someone helps little bit.
Display adapter is: ati radeon 9200 pro
BR, Jim
