[Bug 580861] Re: computer restarts when I try to resize a pdf

G'day again,

Re comment #5: From your original bug description we can see that you
are using Ubuntu version 9.10, which is codenamed "Karmic Koala".
Ubuntu version 10.04 was released on the 29th April 2010. It is
codenamed "Lucid Lynx".

Previous Ubuntu codenames have been:

Dapper Drake
Edgy Eft
Feisty Fawn
Gutsy Gibbon
Hardy Heron
Intrepid Ibex
Jaunty Jackalope
Karmic Koala
Lucid Lynx

The next version will be 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat".

You can probably see a trend there.

10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" is scheduled for release on Sunday, October
10th 2010. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MaverickReleaseSchedule for full
details. Also see http://www.markshuttleworth.com/archives/336 for an
overview.

The default program in Ubuntu for viewing and printing PDF files (and
Postscript files) is called Evince, although it actually says "Document
Viewer" in the Title Bar of the Window. If you select "About" from it's
Help menu you will see Evince mentioned a couple of times.
