boot is ok using 2.6.31 ( although I forgot to install kernel-headers
and had some fear with nvidia module not being loaded at first )

Nevermind, I reinstalled debian 5 which I know is stable, too bad for
the ease of use, but stability is at that cost, and I need to work...

If you need me for some debug, ask :=)
