[Bug 365260] [NEW] Yakuake + Compiz + ATI + Jaunty = slow response
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Binary package hint: yakuake
Using a Dell Studio 15, ATI Mobiity Radeon 3400 HD.
In Intrepid, Yakuake would appear instantly on my hotkey (F12); however,
in Jaunty the hotkey activates Yakuake a few seconds after it is
pressed. It works fine, but it takes long time to activate. This
problem also occured in Intrepid when I updated the xserver-xorg-* to
particular ppa2 versions, but that may not be helpful.
lsb_release -rd:
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04
I believe this is the Release Candidate as I updated yesterday, April
21. I did not place a comment in similar bugs because this is a slow
appearance issue rather than a crash or text issue.
** Affects: fglrx-installer (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
