[Bug 345657] Re: package xorg-driver-fglrx None failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 2

 

I encountered this when following the instructions from

The second attempt : Problem: Need to fully remove -fglrx and reinstall
-ati from scratch

I did the first, rebooted, tried gnubg, it still segv'ed

dpkg -l '*fglrx*'

and saw fglrx was still installed, so went after the more agressive
attampt.
