  At startup of Lucid (10.04 LTS) on a HP 530 I get several errors before the splash screen.
  They seem generated by X server (xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5).

  Finally the system boots and seems to work normally.
  From one startup to another the number of occurrence of the error may vary from some seconds to around 2 minutes.
