The keyboard and mouse started working for me after I turned off the option "Hyper-Threading" in the BIOS.
Or if I adding "noapic" to the grub boot options.
This is the best solutions that I found for myself.

I have a PS/2 keyboard and mouse,
Chipset - SiS 651/962L
