I think this bug only occurs with Nvidia proprietary drivers.
It can be interesting to report this bug on Nvidia's forum but before can you install the beta version of Cairo-Dock which no longer uses pBuffer functions: https://launchpad.net/~cairo-dock-team/+archive/weekly .
