No, they have dropped support for x1200 series after 9.4 and the 9.4 one
does not detect my hardware.

However I fixed the 2d acceleration, I don't know how to do it in Ubuntu
but this is how you do it in Gentoo -

In ubuntu, this can be done by installing fglrx, but in reality fglrx
never gets uses, something else happens that increases the 2d
performance.

I'm changing the bug status to invalid, this is an upstream issue.
