[Bug 464827] Re: [radeon] Mobility X1600 (rv515): flickering when playing flash clips

When playing video clips (youtube.com, vbox7.com) there is significant
flickering (especially when there is a lot of black and white colour in
the video).
This clip is a very good example (please, watch it in full-screen mode)

Flickering can be noticed also when playing and local video files on my
HDD (with VLC) if the compiz effects are enabled, but in this case the
flickering is more difficult to be noticed and it depends a lot on the
quality of the file which is being played.
