Console switching with Ctr+Alt+F? doesn't work, I have tried this many times.
I have no screen saver active. I just ask for the screen to go blank when inactive.

I don't know what REISUB is. Please explain and I'll test it.

I run my desktop with Compiz effects set to "normal". I will test with
compiz disabled and I'll report back.
