i can confirm this on my machine. Xorg log shows:

Intel Corporation 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE Chipset Integrated Graphics Device (rev 01)

freeze happens randomly, even without touching input devices for some
hours. Sometimes it freezes after some minutes of operation, and
sometimes after several hours of operation. I do not see any relation to
specific program or action.
