I Have 2 x 8800GTX's and the Problem is Now Fixed ... 
Simply by changing

    Screen      0  "Screen0" 0 1080
    Screen      1  "Screen1" 0 0

         - - TO - -

    Screen      0  "Screen0" 0 0
    Screen      1  "Screen1" 0 1200

now to continue with trying to get 'Compiz' features working.
Never managed Xinarama + Compiz under 8.04 but ho-hum.
