[Bug 578520] Re: Apple magic mouse stopped working properly after the last updates
First, the magicmouse drivers are unsupported in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.
That said, this is likely an Xorg evdev module issue. Something may be
misconfigured, or there may be a bug.
