okay.. i found a workaround:

uninstall the xserver-xorg-input-joystick package
restart your system

hope it works for you guys
and hope we dont need that package otherwise then to control mouse with the joystick :p

i still think something is bugged though

now i can use the gamepad seperately again, jeehaw!
