[Bug 605667] Re: Kernel Panic on Live USB Boot, Intel Graphics not working
alright, here is a report of everything that I can access from the live
Maverick Alpha 2 image:
boot options:
-expert mode
-nomodeset
try w/o installing
ESC out of boot splash, but I can't see any obvious errors during boot
low graphics mode warning
[Low graphics menu]
-> restart X -> blank screen, no boot sound
-> run in low graphics mode for this session -> boot sound, blank screen
-> reconfigure graphics -> next menu does nothing
-> troubleshoot the error
-> review log file (posted above, no differences)
-> review startup errors -> none
-> edit config file -> file does not open, returns to menu
-> archive (does nothing)
-> exit to console login -> blank screen, no terminal
Is there anything specifically you want me to try to collect more data?
