[Bug 624583] [NEW] X server inputs(keyboard and mouse) are blocked when X forwarding

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Problem description : if X forwarding from a server (solaris 10 in my case) and if I click using right mouse button into a forwarded window to invoke some menu typically, the whole GUI appears frozen - but it is not. Windows and gnome is further refreshed and working, but mouse and keyboard are dead until the X-forwarded application is killed from the console (CTRL+ALT+F1), like killall ssh.
This problem seems the whole ubuntu 10.04 oriented - tested also on install CD 10.04, install CD 10.04.1, Kubuntu install CD 10.04.1.
Testing :
* Tested on two independent hw platworms - one with intel GPU and one with GeForce.
* No difference if ssh -X, or telnet is used to forward X.
* As mentioned above, no difference which desktop environment is used (gnome,KDE).
* Situation described above works without any problems on ubuntu 8.10

Logs written right after the X forwarded app is killed :
(none interesting before)
