i'm trying to test the new lts release, but the live cd doesn't work in my travelmate 243LC.
when i select "try ubuntu without installing" or "install ubuntu" the screen goes dead, the system seems to keep going, but nothing else happens, no matter how much i wait or what i do. the same cd works in this desktop machine : HP Pavilion Elite m9070 - Core 2 Quad Q6600 - Intel G33 Express - GeForce 8400GS
i tried with alpha 3 and a lot of "daily", even yesterday one (daily-live/20100318/lucid-desktop-i386.iso), but nothing.
