The Xserver version in Elikfoil's PPA fixed the problem for me on Lucid
with Mangler 1.2.0. I'm running a Logitech wireless combo as described,
and after using the PPA there is an entry for "Logitech USB Receiver"
under Settings > General > Select Mouse in Mangler.

Thanks, Elikfoil, hope this bug is fixed upstream soon.
