I tried to install Ubuntu Maverik, when I try to install the ati drivers from repository, it doesn't compile the kernel modules. So I try to install the latest version from ati web page. It compile if I run:
sudo ./ati-driver-installer-10-8-x86.x86_64.run --buildpkg Ubuntu/maverick

So the deb packages was made OK, and installed succesfully. The kernel
module loads ok, but when the X module for fglrx doesn't load correctly,
so I can't startx with the fglrx module.
