Yesterday my Xubuntu 10.10 desktop was upgraded with (amongst other things) kernel 2.6.35-20.
Then my X and NFS didn't work anymore.
I tried to install previous versions of the X-server to no avail.

Then I booted the system in kernel 2.6.35-19 --> OK!!

I got these messages when trying to start gdm.

org.gnome.DisplayManager: Connection ":1.24" is not allowed to own the
service "org.gnome.DisplayManager" due to security policies in the
configuration file
