The only comments in this report from someone seeing issues on ATI are from
the original submitter, who was experiencing the apache2 stty bug. Brian
claims in comment #93 that he's havng "the problem" on intel graphics, but
offers no concrete information in support of this.
All the evidence points to an nvidia-specific race condition.
