[Bug 639954] [NEW] Xev doesn't recognize hotkey Fn+F5

Hi,
I use Xubuntu 10.04.
I tried to use Xev to retrieve the keysym of keyboard's hotkeys. My
laptop is a Compaq Presario C765EL.
When I use xev and type Fn+F5 this key isn'r recognized.
The output is:
KeymapNotify event, serial 34, synthetic NO, window 0x0,
keys: 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Instead, in example, If I try to type Fn+F9 I obtain:
KeyRelease event, serial 40, synthetic NO, window 0x4000001,
root 0x111, subw 0x0, time 30836600, (-94,131), root:(655,406),
state 0x0, keycode 172 (keysym 0x1008ff14, XF86AudioPlay), same_screen YES,
XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
XFilterEvent returns: False
