What I have done:

Clean install of maverick 10.10 beta netbook edition from usb stick on
an Acer Aspire One D250. I have used the entire disk as my install
partition (thus no other OS on system) . Installation completed
successfully and asked to reboot.

Expected:

To reboot into maverick 10.10

Result:

Machine shutdown and starts to boot. Displays Acer bios screen and
proceeds to blinking cursor. Does not proceed beyond this point and
keeps displaying the blinking cursor until force shutdown with power
button.

** Affects: xorg (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
