[Bug 645842] [NEW] Sometimes CTRL key becomes logically stuck

Sometimes CTRL key becomes logically stuck.
When I try to call "Run application" dialog by pressing ALT+F2 or to close app by pressing ALT+F4, system switches me to the console terminal tty2 (or tty4), in the same way if I would have pressed CTRL+ALT+F2.
