The touchpad model is SynPS/2 Synaptics Touchpad, from xinput --list.

It works correctly on every version of Netbook Remix up to Karmic.

How do I do that?

I did as the page suggested on the section "In case at least one of
Touchpad features works but does not work correctly and as expected".
