[Bug 670578] [NEW] Explorer Mouse v1.0 model:1362 has hyper sensitive scroll wheel.

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Explorer Mouse v1.0 model:1362 with Microsoft® 2.4GHz Transceiver v4.0.

Scroll wheel is so sensitive as to make using it very difficult.
Clicking the other buttons sometimes vibrates the wheel enough to scroll
4 to 5 lines up or down the page.

I have read that removing then re inserting the transceiver resolves the
issue, for me this only disables the mouse until a power cycle.

The mouse works fine in my other OS.
