Since upgrading to 10.10, X11 copy and paste no longer works.

To reproduce:

Highlight any text from anywhere
Middle click in a writable edit box

Specific reproduction:
Open a terminal
Highlight any text in that terminal
Middle click in that terminal

Observe no paste.
