#649809 (this issue):
- describes a problem in which the entire gnome desktop reverts to the default theme on boot, except the theme selector window
- occurs only in 10.10, not in 10.04
- affects only systems which have a X58-chipset, proprietary Nvidia-driver, and SSD-drive
- is 100% solvable by applying the workaround in #68

#500417:
- describes a problem where nautilus does not honor the theme settings for its internal window, but the rest of the desktop is unaffected
- occurs in both 10.04 and 10.10
- affects a variety of system setups
- is not solvable by applying the workaround in #68 of this issue
