It sounds like you're looking for technical support.  The bug tracker is
more for reporting about defects found in ubuntu.  I think you want to
use askubuntu.com or ubuntuforums or one of the other technical support
options at www.ubuntu.com/support first.

If you narrow down what the problem is to a specific defect in ubuntu
and find it exists in natty, you can then report the bug here, using the
command 'ubuntu-bug xorg'.
