Hello, I can find my MANHATTAN usb-vga card under the mark LINDY or TRITTON, all these card have the same form

lsusb gives me :
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 0711:5100 Magic Control Technology Corp.  Is that a compatible usb-vga graphic card ?
The unit is a dockstar from seagate  : http://forum.hardware.fr/hfr/OSAlternatifs/Hardware-2/seagate-dockstar-computer-sujet_71314_1.htm.   I m connected by ssh 

Black screen ...   (not even green )
