Member approval process

 

Hi all,

Since it isn't really documented anywhere I thought I should take a send out
a quick email regarding our accepting members into the team (and approval on
Launchpad)

1. The person must show interest in the team (either talking on IRC, forums,
etc.)
2. The person must have WiKi page (we can help them with this if the need
be), have a Launchpad profile and have signed the CoC
3. If they have not done so already they will need to apply to join the LP
team
4. During the next team meeting we will all (meaning the team its self) hold
a vote on accepting the person
5. If there are no objections from the council then the person is approved
on LP, and +vVA flags set with ChanServ in #ubuntu-youth
