Hey Peoples,

I know I seem to have been distant from here for a while; And I do apologise, it's been a spate of Work, Passing-Out and Time Difference.

But I have been quietly working on the Oggcast idea for a while :)

Here are some things that I can bring over from Experience in *ahem* other distribution's Youth Groups :)

1. Accessibility
In order for the oggcast to be viable, it has to be accessible (in recording and distributing terms) to everyone.
As I'm focussing on the recording side of things at the moment, here's what I have:
	
	Asterisk Server
	This is set up to record calls/conferences, and so is a viable way to record a conference and use it as an oggcast :D
	This is also *sometimes* used as a test box, so if you need it you'll have to request it in advance!

	UK Dial-In Numbers Geographical (01/02)
	This is provided by SIPgate, so if you have an account with them, even better (it's free!).
	It would be nice if someone who is in the US could register for a free US sipgate account and donate it towards this, (as it comes with a US number) but that's for a future time. (People can just use soft-phones)

2. People Involved
The list of people to be interviewed has to be updated frequently, and it should really be *very* dynamic.
It should go from someone like Jono Bacon, to someone who has just joined Ubuntu Youth. Keep it flowing :)

And there has to be a theme to it :) Not just "oh let's interview this person". And before you ask, yes it has happened before :)

So yes, this is all a bit of a jumble at the moment, but when I get time to sit down properly (filling in funding forms for other stuff at the moment), I'll stick it all on a wiki page :D
