[Bug 1905118] [NEW] Pocillo GTK theme Firefox menu bar transparent gap

Public bug reported:

With the Pocillo GTK theme, we see a 1-pixel transparent line just under
the Firefox menu bar.

It is visible with certain screen/DPI settings.
