Title:
  In Mojave-light theme the selected menu item is not readable

Status in budgie-artwork package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When Mojave-light theme is installed, the selected menu item in App
  menu is not readable due to non-contrasting foreground color for
  selected item (see attached screenshot).

  *Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Mojave-light theme
  2. Click Super key to open the App menu search
  3. Start typing (f.i. "sett")
  4. The selected menu item is not readable, its foreground color is some yellowish color

  *Expected behavior:

  The selected item's color shall contrast with the background

  *Extra info:
  Also visible in Ubuntu-Budgie 20.04
