Title:
  Depend on gnome-bluetooth-sendto instead of virtual gnome-bluetooth

Bug description:
  gnome-bluetooth is now a virtual package provided by gnome-bluetooth-
  sendto. Please update your seed to use the new package name.

  Behind the scenes, this package provides a mini app
  (/usr/bin/bluetooth-sendto). That package is now built by source
  package gnome-bluetooth3.

  In my brief testing, the new GTK4 app works ok for sending files to a
  paired Bluetooth device you select. In GNOME, this is done in the
  Bluetooth panel of gnome-control-center. Same for Budgie, with budgie-
  control-center. For other desktops, there are indicators that do the
  same thing from the system status area of the desktop.
