Also when I go to Could not open audio device for playback. HDA Intel
STAC92XX it says the following:

audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample !
gconfaudiosink profile=music: Could not open audio device for playback.

Should I just do a fresh install...........
