Ok, choosing the 2nd option - the one that has "recovery mode" near the
end of it's line - should get you to a menu with choices like "Clear
some space", try this one and then go back up to the top and "resume
normal bootup"
Another way to claer this sort of thing is to open Synpatic and hunt
around in its menu's for options to clear it's cache
System - Administration - Synaptic Package Manager
Settings - Preferences - Files - Delete cached package files
