You have to download this http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/libflashplayer-10.0.22.87.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz IF YOU HAVE a 64 bits system.
If you have  a "normal" ubuntu system, you can get a deb here http://get.adobe.com/es/flashplayer/
