Re: [Question #70666]: Can a script adjust the sound volume?
Question #70666 on Ubuntu changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/70666
tadiv posted a new comment:
Since I don't recognize this language, I have to ask - is there a way to
insert a pause between lines of code execution?
I ask because I have adapted this script to another machine that has an
older audio card. This audio card (or its driver) requires that a few
of its settings be manipulated before it works 100% properly. The
script does this manipulation ok, but leaves me having to adjust the
volume - I think because the multiple code calls to the driver happen so
quickly that maybe one is not finished before the next one starts...
Thanks in advance for any assistance,
Tom
