https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/76776

Can somebody point, where is located a tool like Yast in SuSE, where from graphical environment I can manage all computer settings? Right now I need to change IP address from default DHCP to static. And do not tell me about editing something in /etc/network etc blablabla. I want all things to be manageable from graphical desk with point, click, type in. So? Entering security password while opening app is ok. Im using Kubuntu 9.04.
