Hey, there's a special ubuntu website for suggesting ideas.   Here's one
that a friend put in and already people are voting on it :)

just navigate from there to look through some other ideas or try adding
one of your own.  If your idea is similar too someone elses then you'll
often be notified of that, if you haven't had time to hunt through for
yourself.  I think it does sound like a good idea and worth proposing
because part of the reason i wanted to move away from Windows was to
avoid the americanisation of everything
