You need to run:

sudo apt-get install firefox-3.5

It is not an update but a seperate app. It will be a standard update in
Karmic.

Firefox 3.5 Final is available for Jaunty by installing the package
firefox-3.5 | FF3.5 is referred to as Shiretoko on your UI, see
